  • Thank you for your product purchase from JER Enterprise Pte Ltd (or its authorised resellers).
  • Please register your product warranty within 7 days from date of purchase/delivery by clicking on the product name below.
  • Proof of warranty registration is compulsory for any warranty support. Failure to register for warranty will not be entitled to any claims or support.
  • Warranty is applicable for purchasers residing in Singapore only. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
  • Please kindly read the FULL warranty terms and conditions carefully.
  • Consumable parts (lamps, filter), wear & tear issues relating to usage (eg. cracks, scratches, odour, stains and rust etc) are NOT covered under warranty.
  • Please purchase all replacement parts only from either https://gaia.com.sg/collections/others or https://babynatureco.com/collections/hanil. These are the only 2 that we supply parts to. All other sources are not supplied by us and may not be genuine which will void all warranty support and could potentially damage the machine.
  • We will not be able to render any repair or support services for units that have used any parts that are not purchased from the 2 online sources stated above.
